tis the season! we are quickly winding down the year, soaking up all of the holidays, twinkle lights, and cozy nights on the couch with a good book.

this week was our last week in the office for work, maya’s last full week of daycare for the year, and one with all of the work parties, white elephants, and cookie exchanges.

maya is loving christmas lights and we’ve made it our mission to go see as many as we can, just to hear her giggles. we went to one the local botanical garden tuesday, which decorates and covers everything with lights, which was just amazing.

i honestly am loving winter this year, whether that is because of the chance to cozy up in sweaters and leggings, or digging out all of my beanies, it is my vibe this year. i would not even be mad to have a snowstorm or two.

with a busy week coming up, travel for the holidays, visiting family and wrapping up work, we’re really looking forward to the holiday, and a quiet end of the year.
