this week was blissfully routine, probably the last of this year that will feel that way. i love that gentle quiet that comes with the beginning of the winter, and the ability to watch as many holiday movies as possible before we travel for the holidays.

we’ve been snuggling up for walks every night as a family, and every morning, just coco and i. i’m flying through audiobooks, and was so sad to finish the golden couple this week, but quickly dove into their first book, the wife between us.

we took full advantage of the weekend home for holiday adventures, seeking out as many christmas lights as we can for maya.

we head up to new jersey next weekend for christmas and will be getting everything together this whole week, while sneaking in a couple of extra christmas adventures before we leave.
