this week felt both like it took two years to finish and like i had at least two different weeks in one. we finally came out of the weekend of not feeling so hot, everyone’s coughs finally slowing down. that also meant we finally got back to daycare and work.

with feeling under the weather, i definitely took advantage of the time home to start decorating for christmas. i stopped short of putting up the tree (that can wait for after thanksgiving) but took full advantage of some of our smaller decorations, and certainly the seasonal candles.

the holidays also mean mayhem at work, including working in stores, but it’s a great excuse to come home and melt into the couch and watch movies.

fully soaking up as much time as we can at home, staying warm as the weather quickly turns, and plotting all of our thanksgiving weekend plans.
