granola
i literally could not eat this enough while i was on maternity leave, but i also love how cozy it makes my house smell now that it’s fall
ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
1 cups quinoa flakes
1/2 - 1 cups puffed millet
1 cups raw cashews, slightly crushed
1 cup coconut flakes
3 tbsp cinnamon
1 - 2 tbsp (to taste) flakey sea salt
olive oil to drizzle
maple syrup to drizzle
instructions:
preheat oven to 350 degrees. combine all dry ingredients and spread on baking sheet, lined with parchment paper. drizzle with olive oil and maple syrup. bake for 20-25 minutes.
