this week

hi hi hi! happy monday!

this past week was kind of insane. it was wade’s last week of teaching on top of quite a few other to dos. amidst all of that, it was a complete washout early in the week. april really starting off with showers.

we are slightly (completely) wiped, andi have been so happy snuggling into my couch at night. either way, we fully took advantage of the weekend. we brought back pizza fridays, drank some of my favorite wines, brunched with maya, my friends and their daughters all before sunday. we spent family sunday running to our favorite stores (tjs, target), getting bagels for breakfast, walking, finding every playground we could, eating ice cream, and having a dinner date with friends.

looking at the week, the forecast is going to be amazing. i can completely jump back into running to prep for my next 10k, and bring the kids to the playground (probably every evening).
