more stripes, and linen

happy august! sometimes i have no idea how the summer seems to go by in the blink of an eye, where february can feel like the longest month known to man.

maya’s birthday is this weekend, and we planned a big birthday party with our friends, before we leave for the beach for family adventures.

this outfit has been on repeat all summer, especially those really hot days, that i just want to feel chic, but not have clothes sticking to me in the dc humidity. the stripes instantly make me feel more pulled together, but especially with the linen, which feels summery and feminine, but is breezy.
